Hubbard has announced that it has reached contract extensions with Kevin Rolston, Virginia Sinicki, and Jason Pennington to continue as hosts of “The KVJ Show” on Hot AC 97.9 WRMF West Palm Beach.
The trio have hosted mornings on WRMF since July 2014. They previously spent fourteen years at CHR “Wild 95.5” WLDI from 1999 to 2013 followed by a brief nine month sojourn to “Hits 97.3” WFLC Miami.
Rolston commented, “KVJ has had an amazing 27 years in South Florida, the last 12 at WRMF, but our last few years with Hubbard have been our favorite. KVJ has always been family but so has Hubbard. They understand that when you can connect with your talent, that you will then connect with your community. This philosophy has served them well for the last 100 years and we are thrilled to be a part of their continued success for years to come. Thanks to Ginny Hubbard, Greg Strassell and Market President Elizabeth Hamma, who has always believed in us.”
Sinicki said, “We will never take for granted how blessed we are to be in this position. We work for the best company, and we work alongside the best people…. And now Kevin and Jason get to look at my beautiful face for many years ahead, those two are truly the lucky ones.”
Pennington followed, “I feel very grateful that I get to do several more years of radio with my friends. Here’s to years of talking about the topics that truly matter—like, are aliens already here, and does pineapple really belong on pizza?—I feel deeply blessed!”
