After closing on their $85,000 purchase of Classic Rock “K-Surf” 96.7 KCRF-FM Lincoln City OR, Jeff Montgomery’s PACNW Broadcasting has flipped the station to Country “K-Surf Country“.
The move shifts the station away from new sister Classic Hits “100.7 The Otter” KPPT-FM Depoe Bay/Lincoln City. Montgomery told listeners that KPPT-FM is adding more Classic Rock to make up the difference.
The Central Oregon coast area had been without Country programming since “92.7 Hank-FM” KNCU Newport flipped to Sports in June 2025.
