K-Love Inc. is acquiring CHR “Kiss 95.1” WNKS Charlotte and the license of Rock/Alternative “X107.5” KXTE Pahrump/Las Vegas NV from Beasley Media Group.
K-Love will pay $8 million for the stations. Not included in the deal will be the lease for WNKS’s auxiliary site.
Original Report 8/3:Terms have not been disclosed. As part of the deal, WNKS morning hosts Maney and LauRen will move to sister Classic Hits “K104.7” WKQC Charlotte. In Las Vegas, the brand will move to 107.9 where it will replace Hot AC 107.9 VGS KVGS Meadview AZ.

In Charlotte, Beasley retains WKQC, Hip Hop “Power 98” WPEG, Adult R&B “V101.9” WBAV, “Country 103.7” WSOC-FM, and Spanish Tropical “Playa 94.7” W234BY/WPEG-HD2. WNKS registered a 4.6 share in the June 2026 Nielsen Audio ratings, which led iHeartMedia’s crosstown “Hits 96.1” WHQC’s 2.7 share.
K-Love’s Christian AC network is currently heard on 91.9 WRCM Wingate, which covers Charlotte and areas to the south and east. Worship “Air 1” is on translator 100.3 W262BM Charlotte fed by iHeartMedia’s 96.1 WHQC-HD2.
K-Love Inc. operates multiple brands across Las Vegas with Christian AC “K-Love” on 87.7 KLVG-LD and 95.1 K236BM/106.5 KSNE-HD2 Las Vegas, Worship “Air 1” on 89.3 KAER Mesquite, and Spanish Christian “Radio Nueva Vida” on 91.1 KVKL Las Vegas.
Ina addition to 107.9, Beasley retains Classic Hits 96.3 KKLZ Las Vegas, “102.7 Coyote Country” KCYE Boulder City, and Bilingual AC “105.7 Maxima” KOAS Dolan Springs AZ KXTE registered a 2.3 share in the June 2026 Nielsen Audio ratings. KVGS had a 1.7 share.
