Centennial Broadcasting Hot AC “B101.5” WBQB Fredericksburg VA has announced the appointment of ‘Tony B’ Bennett as its new afternoon host.

Bennett previously worked at the station in 2005 and 2006 before a long run in mornings and programming Alpha Media CHR “99.3 The Vibe” WVBX in the market from 2006 to 2017. Prior to his arrival in Fredericksburg, Bennett spent a decade in Los Angeles on-air and as a mixer at stations including KIIS-FM, KPWR, “Groove Radio“, and KDAY along with KCAQ Oxnard.

Bennett fills the afternoon position vacated by Trapper Young after 29 years earlier this month until his move to mornings at sister Classic Hits “95.9 The Goat” WGRQ.

Bennett stated, “I’m hyped to get back on the airwaves in Fredericksburg on the legendary B101.5. 50,000 watts from the Nation’s Capital to the State Capitol and all points between, I’m up for the challenge to entertain our massive audience for The Drive Home. Let’s Go!”
