Leann Didier and Loy Hardcastle’s D & H Media is selling Full Service Country 950 WAKM Franklin TN to John Fredericks’ Disruptor Radio for $289,200. Disruptor, which owns the Conservative Talk “MAGA Radio Network“, adds WAKM to their “760 The Flame” WENO Nashville in the market. D & H Media had purchased WAKM in 2024 for $275,000.
E Radio Network sells 670 KHGZ Glenwood AR and translators 98.9 K255BH Glenwood and 107.9 K300DJ Glenwood/Hot Springs to Jose Carlos Moron’s Radio La Raza LLC for $60,000. KHGZ joined the buyer’s Regional Mexican “La Raza” network heard on 670 KMTL/97.9 K250CF Sherwood/Little Rock and 1360 KGMR Clarksville via LMA on June 1. KHGZ had been acquired from Robert Delgiorno’s Freed AM Corp out of Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation in 2024 most recently operating as “Hog Call Sports“.
Nelsonville TV Cable Inc. is selling Christian 770 WAIS Buchtel/103.9 W280FZ Nelsonville and Country 107.7 WSEO Nelsonville/Athens OH to the Mark and Arlene Bohach led WSEO Radio Company for $350,000. The deal includes an immediate LMA as part of a settlement of litigation between the two parties. A $250,000 deal to sell the stations to Thomas and Marianne Williams TMCR Broadcasting filed in March 2024 was withdrawn prior to the settlement. TMCR has been operating the stations until the middle of July. The Bohachs also own Country “The Wolf” 1320 WLOH Lancaster, Classic Hits 98.3 WLGN-FM Logan and 1510 WLGN Logan OH along with five translators rebroadcasting their AMs. With the deal, WSEO has dropped its “Wild Country 107.7” brand and begun simulcasting WLOH as has WAIS.

Nearly two years after agreeing to sell CHR “105.9 Kiss-FM” KKSW Lawrence/Topeka KS, Great Plains Media has withdrawn its $2.25 million sale to Reyes Media after not closing. The sale had been filed in September 2024. Reyes owns two AMs and leases another in Kansas City. Great Plains Media also owns News/Talk 1320 KLWN/101.7 K269GP Lawrence and Country “92.9 The Bull” KMXN Osage City in the market.
