Family Life Ministries has agreed to acquire Country “Froggy 104.3” WOGI Moon Township/105.5 W288BO Pittsburgh from Forever Media for $1 million.
The deal marks the second between the two parties as Family Life recently closed on their purchase of the former Classic Hits “Pickle 92.1” WKPL Ellwood City PA. WOGI is one of three Country stations in the Pittsburgh market along with iHeartMedia’s “Big 104.7” WPGB-FM and Audacy’s “Y108” WDSY.
Forever retains WOGI’s simulcaster 94.9 WOGG Oliver PA and Classic Hits “99.3 The Pickle” WPKL Uniontown, which both cover the southern suburbs of Pittsburgh and Classic Hits along with stations in Cumberland MD and York PA.
