It lines up seamlessly with our station’s brand, while adding a refreshing twist to our classic hits lineup. Meredith goes above and beyond with custom liners and promos that make the show feel like a true extension of our station. And let’s be honest—spending three hours on The Yacht every weekend isn’t a bad way to cruise through the day!”
WEBR Program Director Frank Miller said, “The Yacht Club” is the perfect addition to WEBR – The Breeze’s Friday night lineup! The combination of timeless music along with Meredith’s upbeat & easy going presentation, her knowledge of the music, and artist interviews make this show stand out in the crowd. Anyone looking to set sail with smooth Yacht Rock favorites needs to check out “The Yacht Club!”
Host and Executive Producer Meredith Marx followed, “Building this show from a 2 hour sail on 1 station in Baltimore to now a 3 hour sail on 16 stations nationally has been a true labor of love and now bringing it to an International level is beyond my wildest dreams. I am so excited to grow this show to give more ports a true nostalgic ‘sail back in time.’ Yacht Rock is an incredible music genre with audiences of all ages and it’s really nice to see that reflected in my audience. We are doing something different on this show, we are telling the stories and bringing the artists on board with us through interviews and appearances, it’s fun.”
The new additions bring “The Yacht Club with Meredith Marx” to nearly 20 stations across the country and now internationally.
