Dolly Parton and Taylor Swift will each receive tribute stations on Friday, September 25.

Beasley Media Group Country 92.5 WXTU Philadelphia will celebrate “Dolly Day” in tribute to “9 To 5”. The station will blend songs from throughout Parton’s career with stories about the recently passed star.

Morning host Andie Summers commented, “Dolly Parton is one of those rare artists who managed to make everything feel bigger, brighter and more fun. Her music has been part of so many people’s lives, but it’s her heart, humor, and generosity that made her truly special. We’re going to have a lot of fun celebrating Dolly on 9/25 and on 92.5 XTU, Philly’s Country Station. BTW – I fully support going all-in on the rhinestones. It’s your day to shine!”

Also celebrating Parton will be AAA “91.7 KXT” KKXT Dallas, which will be playing Parton tracks hourly from 9am to 5pm.

With Taylor Swift releasing four new songs on Friday, Audacy Hot AC “Q104” WQAL Cleveland will become “Taylor 104” as one of the new tracks is titled “Cleveland”. The station says, “That means a full day of Taylor, new music and a little extra Cleveland pride as Q104 officially becomes TAYLOR 104! ”
