Cox Media Group has promoted Jud Heussler to Director of Operations for its Jacksonville cluster.
Huessler has served as Director of Branding and Programming at CHR 95.1 WAPE Jacksonville since March 2021. He previously spent four yeas programming Curtis Media Group CHR “Pulse-FM” WWPL Raleigh and eight years at Audacy’s “Kiss 98.5” WKSE Buffalo NY rising from a part-timer out of high school to APD/MD.
He will now fill the opening created by Jules Riley’s move to Cox Atlanta in June overseeing the entire Jacksonville cluster. He said, “We have top-tier Radio stations, talented people, and a real connection to this community. I’m excited to work alongside our teams to keep evolving what we do and how we connect with our audiences while ensuring CMG Jacksonville continues to grow and win.”
