Entercom Makes St. Louis Market Manager Change

Ahead of its planned acquisition of two more St. Louis stations from Emmis, Entercom is bringing in their Director of Sales to oversee Hot AC “Y98” 98.1 KYKY, AC 102.5 KEZK, and News/Talk 1120 KMOX. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Becky Domyan, currently Director of Sales for Emmis Hot AC “Now 96.3” KNOU and Alternative “105.7 The Point” KPNT will succeed John Sheehan, who exited today after being at the helm of the three former CBS Radio stations since 2007. In addition to KYKY, KEZK, and KMOX, Domyan will also oversee the integration of KNOU and Talk “FM Talk 97.1” KFTK-FM into the Entercom St. Louis group once the sale from Emmis is filed and completed. CBS Cuts Hit Miami & Pittsburgh

The names of the people who have been cut from CBS Radio in the past week continue to make their way out. Sports 560 WQAM Miami has dropped Adam Kuperstein and former Miami Dolphin Channing Crowder from their 1-3pm show. Orlando “Big O” Alzugaray adds an additional hour to run 10am-2pm, Marc Hochman with Zach Krantz slides up an hour to run 2-6pm, while Alex Donno will host 6-10pm. PBRTV.com reports on some names let go in Pittsburgh. Morning co-host Jimmy Roach is out at Country “Y108” 107.9 WDSY. Hot AC “100.7 Star” WBZZ loses veteran midday host Scott Alexander and night host Lindsay. Fresh 102.5 St. Louis Returns To KEZK Branding

At 7:05 this morning, CBS relaunched “Fresh 102.5” KEZK St. Louis as “102.5 KEZK“. The broader AC format promises the addition of more of “Yesterday’s Favorites” to the “Today’s Hits” especially much more from the 1980s. No changes to the previous airstaff, which includes Vic Porcelli in mornings, Trish Gazall in middays, and Greg Hewitt in afternoons.
