WGBR Flips To Classic Hits

Curtis Media has flipped News/Talk 1150 WGBR/98.3 W252CL Goldsboro NC to Classic Hits. The station retains its local morning show hosted by Program Director Jeff Farrow and extends its run time to 5:30am-9am. The station will share resources with sister 102.9 WELS-FM Kinston, which Farrow also programs and serves as afternoon host. Averil Williams will host middays and Wayne Carlyle afternoons. More Secret Format Changes Of 2016

A couple weeks ago we rounded up a number of format changes that took place under the radar. Since that report we’ve been tipped off to a number of additional changes.
