Station Sales Robert Mahaffey’s KGGF-KUSN Inc. is selling his four Coffeyville KS area stations to SEK Media for $800,000 plus a $100,000 non-compete agreement to the sellers paid over 60 months. SEK Media owned by Kevin, Dorea, Kaleb and Taylor Potter own already own four stations in Bartlesville OK. The four stations being added are News/Talk 690 KGGF Coffeyville, Country “US 98.1” KUSN Dearing, Hot AC “Star 98.9” KQQF Coffeyville and Classic Hits 104.1 KGGF-FM Fredonia KS. Brunswick, GA Stations Swap Locations

Ahead of Clear Channel closing on its acquisition of Qantum Communications, two Brunswick, GA stations are moving to new locations. Classic Hits “Big 96.3” 1490 WMOG/96.3 W242CJ Brunswick and Urban “B92.7 Jamz” WBGA St. Simons Island have swapped locations and call letters. The move comes as the 92.7 signal will be placed in a divestiture trust upon Clear Channel’s acquisition of the remainder of the company closing. The move enables Clear Channel to retain the Urban format via the AM/Translator combo.
