Oldies Coming To Wilmington’s Beach

B&M Broadcasting has closed on its purchase of Southern Gospel 1340 WLSG Wilmington, NC and will flip the station to Oldies/Carolina Beach “94.1 The Beach” utilizing 94.1 W231CL Wilmington on Wednesday, February 4. Focusing on music from the 50s through 70s, OM/PD Big Tom Lawler will host mornings with additional local programming to be added. Lawler will continue to hold the same duties at sister Oldies “Freedom 1120/97.1” WSME Camp Lejune/W246CJ Jacksonville, NC. B&M, owned by Ashley Moseley and state senator Harry Brown, purchased WLSG in December 2014 for $60,000.
