Station Sales Week Of April 10

Roger and Nancy Anderson’s Southwest Media is converting its LMA of CHR “Hits 106” KFSZ Munds Park/Flagstaff, AZ from LKCM Radio Group into a purchase for $491,000. Operating as Great Circle Media, the buyers own five other stations in the Flagstaff market. Mark Jorgenson’s ACM Dallas is purchasing 700 KHSE Wylie and 990 KFCD Farmersville, TX in the Dallas/Fort Worth market from Barnard Dallas for $475,000. Jorgenson also is adding James Crystal Radio’s 1480 KBXD Dallas to his holdings in the market as part of his $5.5 million purchase of that company’s stations out of bankruptcy.
