In a deal involving three holding companies held by George Flinn, Educational Media Foundation is acquiring nine stations for $3.4 million.
The stations and their current licensees are:
Broadcasting For The Challenged
Flinn Broadcasting Corporation
George Flinn Jr.
Also included in the deal is the tower site in Dermott AR utilized by EMF’s 91.5 WLRK Greenville MS. All of the stations except 102.5 WBZS already air EMF’s “K-Love” network via Time Brokerage Agreements. WBZS is being donated right now to a group of volunteers as Talk “Covid Virginia“.
