Beasley Media Country 102.5 WKLB Boston has announced the promotions of two staffers.
Dawn Santolucito rises from Music Director to Assistant Program Director while retaining her duties as Marketing Director. Santolucito joined WKLB in 2009 after six years as Promotions Director of iHeartMedia CHR “Kiss 108” WXKS-FM. She added the Music Director role in 2017.
Succeeding Santolucito as Music Director will be Jim Clerkin. Clerkin joined WKLB in June 2019 as morning show producer and will also continue in that role. Prior to WKLB, he spent sixteen years at WXKS including eight years as APD/MD and also Music Director of Dance “Evolution 101.7” WEDX. Clerkin also programmed Hot AC “97.3 Play” WPYA Birmingham.
The two promotions follow the exit of Program Director David Corey in June and the assumption of programming duties by Beasley Media Group Boston Director of Programming, ‘Cadillac Jack’ McCartney.
Beasley Media Group announces the following staff promotions at Country 102.5 (WKLB-FM) in Boston:
Dawn Santolucito has been promoted to the position of Assistant Program Director and Marketing Director at the station. She has been serving as Music Director and Marketing Director at the station since August 2017. She has been with the station for the past 10 years.

In addition, Jim Clerkin has been promoted to the position of Music Director and Producer of the Jonathan Weir and Ayla Brown Morning Show heard weekday mornings on the station.
