After ten months as Market President and Chief Revenue Officer at Townsquare Media Fort Collins CO, Wheeler Morris has stepped down from the position.
Morris wrote on LinkedIn, “I recently came to the conclusion that local media management isn’t the right place for me right now so I made the difficult decision to step away from Townsquare. Townsquare was a great company to work for and I look forward to following along as the local team in Northern Colorado and all of Townsquare continues to reach new heights in the awesome and fun business we call local media. As for what is next for me… may the searching and networking begin!”
Morris joined Townsquare in August 2022 from the VP/Market Manager position at Hubbard Radio Seattle. The son of Hubbard CEO Ginny Morris and fourth generation member of the family to work in the company, Wheeler also served as Corporate Podcasting Strategy Manager for Hubbard from 2017-2020. He has also worked for the company as a Digital Content Producer and a show producer for 1500 KSTP Minneapolis.
