Binnie Media has appointed Don Bedell as Market Manager for their Midcoast Maine stations Country “105.5 The Wolf” WBYA Islesboro and Classic Hits “106.9 Frank-FM” WBQX Thomaston.

Bedell comes to Maine after a long run in State College PA where he mostly recently served as Director of Business Support for Penn State University’s WPSU-FM and WPSU-TV since 2019 after stints as Market Manager of Seven Mountains Media from 2015-19, and earlier runs as Director of Sales for Results Radio and the Centre County Gazette newspaper and General Manager of Forever Media. He also ran his own marketing agency and co-owns a music store. Bedell has also held sales roles in Altoona PA, Buckhannon WV, and Canton OH.

Bedell commented, “Ever since honeymooning in Camden 32 years ago, my wife and I have discussed ending up on the Midcoast of Maine.
