Ramar Communications flipped Hot AC “93.1 Yes-FM” K226CH Lubbock/KTTU-HD4 New Deal TX to Country “Young Country 93.1” this morning.
The station will feature Premiere Networks’ Bobby Bones Show in mornings, Silverfish Media/Compass Radio Networks’ “Country with Carsen” in middays, Westwood One’s “Country Nights Live with Bev Rainey” in evenings, and Premiere’s “After MidNite with Granger Smith” in overnights. The station becomes the third current based Country station in the Lubbock market joining Alpha Media’s 96.3 KLLL and Townsquare Media’s “Lonestar 99.5” KQBR.
Young Country also becomes the third Country based station in the Ramar Lubbock cluster joining Classic Country “96.9 The Bull” K245BG/KRBL-HD2 and Red Dirt Country “107.7 The Red Dirt Rebel” KRBL.
