Yavapai Broadcasting in Central & Northern Arizona is looking for a talented, organized, and creative Production Director / On-Air Personality to join our team serving communities throughout Central and Northern Arizona.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves radio, understands great audio production, and can bring energy and personality to the air.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily commercial production for Yavapai Broadcasting stations
Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality radio commercials, promos, imaging, and station content
Work closely with the sales team to turn client ideas into effective, creative advertising
Manage production deadlines and maintain an organized workflow
Assign and coordinate commercial voice work when needed
Maintain consistent audio quality across all stations
Perform regularly scheduled on-air shifts
Provide live or recorded appearances for promotions, remotes, and community events as needed
Assist programming and operations with station imaging and special projects

What We’re Looking For:
Previous radio production and/or on-air experience preferred
Strong audio editing and production skills
Creative commercial writing and storytelling ability
Professional, engaging on-air delivery
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Very Strong communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work with sales, programming, and clients
Knowledge of radio automation and production software is a plus
