Total Media Group has relaunched 101.3 WAGX Manchester OH/Maysville KY as Classic Country “101.3 Hank-FM“.
Total Media agreed to purchase WAGX last month from Jewell Schaeffer Broadcasting for $10,000. The station had been silent since May 2024 after Owner/General Manager James Wagner became unable to manage the station due to Alzheimer’s Disease. The estate conservator first surrendered WAGX’s license in March before rescinding it ahead of the sale.
JB Miller’s morning show based at “107.1 Hank-FM” WIRO Ironton OH and also airs on “105.7 Hank-FM” WLGC-FM Greenup KY and “92.1 Hank-FM” WYVK Middleport OH will be heard on WAGX. The station will also carry WIRO/WYVK afternoon host Nick Kyhn.
