RAIN is being run by the operators of Korean “Radio Seoul 1650” KFOX Torrence. Executive Vice President Brian Jun said, “This isn’t just another playlist generator. Nahbee is a dynamic, responsive, voice-AI personality that understands rhythm, tone, and culture. She doesn’t just spin K-POP—she lives it.” He added, “We wanted to reimagine what radio could sound like in the AI era. And we believe R.A.I.N. is the first drop in a coming storm of AI-powered creative media.”
