Former Audacy Houston VP/Programming Bruce Logan is returning to the cluster in that role as well as Brand Manager for Variety Hits “95.7 The Spot” KKHH and Country “100.3 The Bull” KILT-FM.
Logan spent five years leading CBS Radio Houston from December 2013 to December 2018. He then joined Hubbard West Palm Beach in June 2019 as OM/PD of Country “New Country 103.1” WIRK and Classic Hits “Sunny 107.9” WEAT-FM, was promoted to Operations Manager of the entire cluster that December and remained in that role until exiting in March. Logan has previously held roles as Regional Programming Manager for Clear Channel’s stations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia plus PD of Country stations in Greensboro NC and Greenville SC as well as Operations Manager for Clear Channel Charlotte and Greenville.

The company also officially announced that JR Ammons will become Brand Manager of Hot AC “Mix 96.5” KHMX on top of his roles as Vice President of Programming for Audacy Kansas City and Brand Manager of Hot AC “99.7 The Point” KZPT and Country “106.5 The Wolf” WDAF-FM Kansas City and Hot AC “Y98” KYKY and AC 102.5 KEZK St. Louis.
Ammons commented, “Mix 96.5 is one of the most listened to Hot AC stations in the country, with a weekly audience of over a million people. I’m incredibly excited for the opportunity to work alongside the talented team at KHMX. A huge thank you to Jeff, Dave, Brian and Sarah for trusting me to be part of something so special.”
