The “Maney & LauRen” morning show based at Beasley Media Group CHR “Kiss 95.1” WNKS Charlotte will debut in Memphis on Flinn Broadcasting CHR “Q107.5” WHBQ-FM on Wednesday, October 8.
The move marks a return to the station for Steve Maney, who co-hosted mornings with Drex at WHBQ-FM prior to his move to Charlotte in 2012. The show already airs on Beasley’s “HD 98.3” WHHD Augusta GA and “Kiss Radio” WAZZ Fayetteville NC.
Beasley says the move is part of their ongoing strategy to expand the reach of its most popular talent and brands through selective syndication partnerships with trusted broadcasters across the country. Chief Content Officer Justin Chase said, “We’re thrilled to expand the footprint of The Maney & LauRen Morning Show with this new partnership in Memphis. The show has become a proven ratings driver and brand-builder in multiple markets, and we’re confident it will quickly become a favorite among WHBQ listeners as well.”
