Bloom Broadcasting Sports “ESPN 94.7” 1330 WGFT Campbell and 94.7 W234CH Girard/Youngstown OH has dropped its format and is stunting with a dog themed takeover as “Taco 94.7“.
Among the songs heard were Baha Men “Who Let The Dogs Out”, Florence and the Machine “Dog Days Are Over”, Madonna “La Isla Bonita”, Fleetwood Mac “Dreams”, and Elvis “Old Shep”. Owner Karl Bloom tells RadioInsight that a new format will debut on Monday, June 8 at 12pm.
WGFT had flipped from R&B to Sports in April 2025 shortly after Bloom’s purchase of the station.
