Clear Channel Hot AC “Mix 106.1” WISX Philadelphia is returning Chio In The Morning to the market.
Chio will join incumbent co-host Nicole Michalik in the 6-9am slot most recently held by Logan, who exited last week. He is currently hosting mornings at Clear Channel Rhythmic AC “95.7 Kiss-FM” KSSX San Diego and will continue in that role in addition to WISX.
Chio spent two tours of duty at CHR “Q102” WIOQ including a run in mornings from 2000 until 2006. Following a brief stay in San Diego, he joined Rhythmic CHR “Wired 96.5” WRDW-FM for mornings until late 2012. In addition to those stations, Chio has spent time at Z100 New York, KPTY Phoenix, and KHTS, KKLQ, XHRM and XHTZ in the San Diego market.
