It’s my understanding that Telesouth’s WFTA in Tupelo flipped (or more accurately, pivoted) to classic hits as well the other day. I got a quick on the fly recording of it, it was terrible. I’m not sure what’s going on. They cut out in the middle of a Sam Smith song, and a few seconds of dead air later, right into the middle of an Elvis Presley song.

And now Wikipedia has them as Classic Country. What’s happening? Did they flee to that format after they found out iHeart made the same move?
Also, that aircheck was weird. It went from Elvis’ “Bossa Nova Baby” into the Tom Kent network (that’s not a song he would play, I think).
