Cumulus Country “Kat Country 103” 103.3 KATM Modesto CA has named Andy Winford as its new Program Director.
Winford joins KATM from the Brand Manager position at Townsquare Media Rock 94.5 KATS-FM and News/Talk 1280 KIT Yakima WA. He has also programmed for Townsquare Billings, Rogers Media Edmonton, and iHeartMedia in Fresno and San Luis Obispo.
He fills the opening created by Nikki Thomas’ move to Cumulus’ 107.7 WIVK Knoxville in August,
Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Andy Winford to Program Director of KAT Country/KATM-FM in Modesto/Stockton, CA. Winford joins Cumulus Media from Townsquare Media-Yakima, WA, where he was Brand Manager of KIT-AM and KATS-FM. Prior to that, he was Brand Manager for Townsquare Media’s Billings, MT, station group. Winford previously held programming positions including: Program Director of KHBN/91.7 The Bounce in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; Program Director for KKBZ-FM and KHIT-FM in Fresno, CA; Director of FM Programming for iHeart Media/Clear Channel in San Luis Obispo, CA; and Program Director of KURQ and KSTT in Modesto, CA.
