Saga intends to continue building its business in radio by continuing to identify and acquire middle market stations.”
Saga expects to close both transactions, subject to the approval of the Federal Communications Commission, in September, 2017.
Apex Broadcasting also owns stations in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
The Fort Walton Beach stations were sold to Community Broadcasters last year – https://radioinsight.com/headlines/106915/community-broadcasters-acquires-fort-walton-beach-cluster/
Sorry, I wasn’t aware about that. Apex still listed their Fort Walton Beach stations on their website, and the articles on Wikipedia for each of those stations haven’t been updated to reflect the sale of Apex’s Fort Walton Beach cluster. Therefore, I thought they didn’t sell those stations.
