Cumulus Media has promoted Bill Dollar to Operations Manager of its six station cluster in Albany GA.
Dollar comes to Albany from Montgomery AL where he as programmed Country 92.3 WLWI for the past eight years. He has also served as OM/PD for “South 107” WTSH Rome GA.
In addition to his Operations Manager duties, Dollar will host 10am-2pm on Country “104.5 Nash-FM” WKAK and 2-6pm on Classic Rock “Rock 103.5” WJAD. Cumulus’ other stations in the Albany GA market are: Urban AC “Q101.7” WQVE, Country “102.1 Nash Icon” WNUQ, AC “Mix 107.7” WEGC, and News/Talk 1590 WALG.
Cumulus Media announces that it has named radio broadcasting veteran Bill Dollar as Operations Manager for its six radio stations in Albany, GA. Dollar will also be on-air Middays from 10am-2pm on NASH FM 104.5 (WKAK-FM) in Albany, and on sister station Rock 103.5 (WJAD-FM) Afternoons from 2pm-6pm.
Dollar joins Cumulus Media-Albany from Cumulus Media-Montgomery, AL, where he was Program Director of WLWI-FM for over 8 years. Prior to that, Dollar was longtime Operations Manager and Program Director for WTSH-FM in Rome, GA, where he was also on-air personality for Afternoon Drive.
