1490 WKNY Kingston Jimmy BuffTownsquare Media sells Full Service AC 1490 WKNY Kingston NY to non-profit Radio Kingston Corp. for $500,000. The group is led Chairman Peter Buffett and Executive Director Jimmy Buff, who used to work on air in the market at Chet-5 Broadcasting AAA 100.1 WDST Woodstock. The buyers state WKNY’s new programming “will focus on community storytelling, artistic and musical expression, conversation and connection”.

Pentecostal Temple Development Corporation sells Gospel 1150 WMNY New Kensington/Pittsburgh PA to Bhavna Gupta and Gagan Deep’s Radio 1150 LLC and Cambria Hill Realty for $180,000. The Gospel format will shift back to sister 1360 WGBN McKeesport.

Delmarva Educational Association sells Silent 1540 WONA Richmond VA to Michael Mazursky led Mobile Radio Partners for $25,000. The buyers agreed to purchase 1450 WCLM Highland Springs/Richmond last week for $75,000

Leatherstocking Media Group sells Oldies 1600 WMCR Oneida NY to Robert and Letitia English’s Towercast Media for $40,000.

The Voice Radio adds to its Salisbury/Ocean City MD cluster with the acquisition of News/Talk 1320 WICO Salisbury from Rothschild Broadcasting for $50,000. WICO will become The Voice Radio’s sixth station in the market joining Spanish CHR “Maxima 95.3” WKDB Laurel DE, Urban “Power 101.7” WZEB Ocean View DE, Classic Rock “103.5/106.1 The Vault” WJKI Bethany Beach DE/WXSH Pocomoke City MD, and Regional Mexican “La Raza 900” WJWL Georgetown DE.

Southern Stone Communications acquires Talk “106.1 The Jet” WJZS Like Oak FL for $5,000 and has begun operating the station via LMA.

George Flinn sells 102.1 WWWD Bolingbroke/Macon GA to Radio Training Network for $475,000. Radio Training Network will begin operating WWWD on September 1 when it will flip the station from Educational Media Foundation’s Christian AC “K-Love” to their own “Joy-FM” programming.

Neal Ardman’s NIA Broadcasting purchases 1490 WSYL Sylvania GA from Georgia Eagle Media for $20,000.

Family Stations sells 1560 KKAA Aberdeen and 1380 KQKD Redfield SD to Robert Ingstad for $85,000.

Blueberry Broadcasting sells 96.7 WTQX Boothbay Harbor ME to Maine Public Broadcasting for $550,000. WTQX currently simulcasts Rock“>105.1 WTOS-FM Showhegan/Augusta.

La Zeta 95.7 Inc. acquires News/Talk 1420 KBHS Hot Springs AR from US Stations for $150,000.

Christopher Johnson sells Silent 880 WAMI Opp AL (with application to relocate to Maplesville) to Brantley Broadcast Associates for an LMA prepayment up to $16,000 and ten years of rent free use of one tower and five years of rent free use at another.

SVI Media trades 1490 KJNT Jackson WY to Ted Austin Jr. for 106.7 K294CN Hoback Junction WY and $39,000.
