Cumulus News/Talk 630 WPRO Providence/99.7 WEAN-FM Wakefield-Peacedale RI has appointed Neil Larrimore as its new Program Director.

Larrimore programmed iHeartMedia’s Talks and Sports stations in Phoenix and Tucson AZ until his exit in June. He has also spent seven years programming KMBZ Kansas City and time as APD at WHIO Dayton and WWDB Philadelphia.

Larrimore replaces Tony Mascaro who departed WPRO/WEAN-FM in June.

Cumulus Media announces it has appointed programming professional Neil Larrimore as Program Director for News/Talk station WPRO-AM in Providence, RI. Larrimore has programmed successful stations for more than 20 years and joins Cumulus from iHeartMedia, where he was formerly Program Director and Brand Manager for iHeartMedia’s Information brands in the Phoenix, AZ, and Tucson, AZ, markets. Prior to that, he was Program Director for KMBZ-AM/FM in Kansas City, MO. He has held other programming positions in markets including Dayton, OH, and Philadelphia, PA. Larrimore holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Temple University.
