Johnson will continue as night host at Alpha AAA 101.9 KINK Portland.

Alpha Media names Cort Johnson National Digital Content Producer. Cort will be primarily involved in creating national digital content for Alpha’s Rock formats and will be a major contributor to streaming and podcasting strategies.

Alpha Media National Director of Digital Content, Ernie Martinez commented on the announcement, “I am thrilled to be collaborating with Cort! His skillset, experience and knowledge in both the digital and traditional radio space are going to be pivotal in driving content on Alpha Media’s digital and social platforms.”

Northeast Broadcasting AAA “104.7 The Point” WNCS Burlington VT and its network of simulcasters has appointed John Mullett as Program Director. Mullett joins from Beasley Alternative “Alt 92.9” WBOS Boston where he served as Music Director and Marketing Director.

With the addition of Mullett, who began his career at WNCS, current PD Zeb Norris will focus on his morning show.

In addition, Benztown 50 honorees are invited to attend an afternoon voiceover intensive course, led by Marice Tobias, Director, Tobias Entertainment Global, hosted at Benztown’s U.S. headquarters in Glendale, CA.
