Entercom Country “Buz’n 102.9” KMNB Minneapolis has announced that Chris ‘Fish’ Shatek is returning to the station as Creative Imaging Director and midday host.
Shatek previously served as night host and Imaging Director at KMNB from 2012-2015 before he transferred to sister Country 99.9 WKIS Miami where he most recently served as morning co-host. Shatek exited WKIS in June in order to move back to Minneapolis to be closer to family. Prior to joining KMNB in 2012, he hosted late nights at CHR 101.3 KDWB and mornings at Country “K102” KEEY in the Minneapolis market.
Entercom, the #1 creator of live, original, local audio content in the United States, announced the return of Chris “Fish” Shatek to BUZ’N @ 102.9 (KMNB-FM) in Minneapolis. Shatek was named as Creative Imaging Director and host of the midday drive from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT, effective August 1. He was most recently at sister station Kiss Country 99.9 (WKIS-FM) in Miami where he was Imaging and Creative Director as well as host of the station’s morning drive.

The move marks Shatek’s second stint with BUZ’N @ 102.9. Shatek joined Entercom in 2012, holding nighttime host and Imaging roles at the station. Prior to joining Entercom, Shatek hosted late night and overnight drives for 101.3 KDWB and hosted mornings on K102 in Minneapolis.
