Central Florida Educational Association has resumed operation of 102.5 W273CA Orlando FL from iHeartMedia and has launched Spanish Christian “La Z 102.5“.
W273CA is now rebroadcasting 88.3 WPOZ-HD4 as the operators of Christian AC “Z88” add yet another sub-brand to join Christian Hip-Hop “Hot 95.9” W240BV, Christian Rock “103.7 The Rock” W279CT, and Gospel “G-Praise” 106.3 W292DZ. The new format launched following a brief stunt with 1950s/60s Oldies as “The Cool Oldies Channel“.
iHeartMedia began leasing W273CA from Central Florida Educational Association in August 2011 first as “Smooth Jazz 102.5” and later simulcasting News/Talk 540 WFLF. Prior to that it was leased to Cox Media Group.
