Orlando Rosa To Program El Patron Atlanta

105.3 El Patron WBZY AtlantaiHeartMedia has announced the appointment of Orlando Rosa as Program Director for Regional Mexican “El Patron 105.3” WBZY Bowdon/Atlanta GA.

Rosa joins iHeart from Rivera Communications in Birmingham where he served as Operations Manager of “La Jefa” 1220 WAYE/1500 WQCR/98.3 W252BE.

iHeartMedia announced today that Orlando Rosa has been named Program Director for El Patron 105.3, effective immediately. iHeartMedia Atlanta has a strong cross-platform presence that includes several iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing six stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.

iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. As Program Director, Rosa will be responsible for overseeing programming, operations and promotions for El Patron 105.3. He will report to Brian Michel, Region Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Atlanta.

Rosa joins the Atlanta market from Rivera Communications, where he most recently served as the operations manager. In addition, he has also served as the vice president for Latino News of Tennessee. He began his career at WRLM in Birmingham, Alabama.
