The staffing cutbacks that Hubbard Radio has made across the country have reached Seattle where AC “Warm 106.9” KRWM has parted ways with its morning team of Allan Fee, Ashley Ryan and producer Kevin ‘Woody the Producer’ Justik, while Country “98.9 The Bull” KNUC bid adieu to evening host Michael Kraig Mason.
Fee and Ryan joined KRWM in September 2015. Fee previously spent fourteen years at CBS Radio Hot AC “Q104” WQAL Cleveland first as Program Director and later morning host and has also programmed “105.7 The Point” KPNT St. Louis. Ryan previously served as a traffic reporter in the Seattle market for Total Traffic & Weather Networks while contributing to shows on Sports 950 KJR.
Mason had joined KNUC this past March as part of the station’s early staffing. He has also worked at CHR “Z100” KKRZ and Alternative 94.7 KNRK Portland, “XL 102” WRXL Richmond VA, and in the Seattle market from 2006-2011 in afternoons at Active Rock “Funky Monkey 104.9” KFNK. He also worked as a video producer for Delilah.
We have heard that other cuts in the cluster affected a few off-air producers and promotions staffers.
