Glory Communications is selling Gospel 95.3 WFMV South Congaree/Columbia SC to Augusta Radio Fellowship for $2 million. The station will join the buyer’s non-commercial Christian Preaching “Good News Network” based at 91.7 WLPE Augusta GA, while as part of the deal Glory will retain the rights to WFMV-HD2 for six years and WFMV-HD3 for one year at no charge.

Divine Word Communications sells 95.3 W237BE Brewton AL (with CP to relocate to Pensacola FL) to The David Earl Hoxeng Revocable Trust for $45,000. The translator’s CP is to rebroadcast ADX Communications’ “News Radio 1620” WNRP Gulf Breeze/Pensacola, which is also held by Hoxeng.
Casa Pinon will purchase 107.9 K300CL Show Low AZ from Edgewater Broadcasting for $21,326. K300CL already rebroadcasts the buyer’s 1470 KVSL Show Low as Classic Hits “107.9 Rewind“.
