Less than three months after joining Entercom’s “SportsRadio 610” KILT Houston as afternoon co-host, Rick Kamla is departing to take an expanded role with SiriusXM.
Kamla, who previously served as an anchor for NBA-TV, will host on the service’s NBA Radio while continuing to host on Fantasy Sports Radio. Kamla joined KILT along with Clint Stoerner in July to host a 2-6pm show at the station. He previously hosted middays on “92.9 The Game” WZGC Atlanta from 2012 until exiting in April.
Stoerner will remain in afternoons with a series of guest co-hosts until a permanent replacement is named.
I want to thank everyone at @sportsradio610 I’m grateful for the opportunity in Houston and I wish them all the best.
I am excited about an expanded role with @SiriusXMNBA and @SiriusXMFantasy with more details to come next week…
