Two months after moving from afternoons to middays at Entercom Sports “105.3 The Fan” KRLD-FM Dallas, Ben Rogers and Jeff ‘Skin’ Wade are exiting the station for what they call a “spectacular opportunity”.
In a tweet on Saturday afternoon, Rogers confirmed the duo’s departure from the station and stated that they informed KRLD-FM management on Wednesday of the offer made by another “media outlet”.
Ben & Skin returned to KRLD-FM in 2013 after four years in middays at “ESPN 103.3” KESN. They previously hosted middays at Hot Talk “Live 105.3” KLLI and moved to afternoons when the station flipped to Sports in 2008. They also have worked at 1190 KFXR, 1310 KTCK and on Dallas Mavericks broadcasts.
To fill the midday opening, KRLD-FM has moved “The K&C Masterpiece” hosted by Kevin Hageland and Cory Mageors
