This is to announce that a contract has been signed and an application is being filed with the FCC for the transfer of radio stations KXJW-FM, North Rock Springs and KWXR-FM, Reliance, Wyoming. from Cochise Broadcasting, LLC to Educational Media Foundation.
The Seller, Cochise Broadcasting, is a Wyoming-based company headed by Ted Tucker.
The Buyer, Educational Media Foundation, is a not-for-profit organization based in Rocklin, California, led by CEO Bill Reeves.
KXJW-FM operates at 101.9 MHz, with .5 kW at 509’ HAAT.
KWXR-FM operates at 98.7 MHz, with .25 kW at 509’ HAAT.KALIL & CO., INC. is the exclusive broker for this transaction.
