Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. hosted the 2024 Country Radio Hall of Fame dinner ceremony last night, June 19, at the Virgin Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

The yearly event was an incredible celebration that showcased the history and culture of country radio. Enjoying a night filled with touching tributes and heartfelt speeches, guests were left with a memorable impression listening to the stories and careers of those who were honored as the night’s inductees.

This year’s inductees included on-air personalities Cody Alan (SiriusXM) and the duo Pat and Tom (KNCI/Sacramento), alongside off-air luminaries Mike Moore (WKHX/Atlanta), Jim Robertson (retired, KIKK/Houston, WOGK/Gainesville/Ocala), and Meg Stevens (WUBL/Atlanta).

This year, Scott Borchetta, the Chairman and CEO of Big Machine Label Group, received the honor of the 2024 CRB President’s Award. This award is bestowed upon individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and played a vital role in shaping the success of the Country Radio Seminar and its mission to advance the country radio format. Among countless achievements, Borchetta’s innovative business strategies have also earned him spots on Billboard’s Power 100 list and Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business.

Blair Garner served as the master of ceremonies for the event.

About the Inductees:

Cody Alan is currently heard every morning on SiriusXM’s “The Highway,” and carries expertise as a programmer and music director. He has held notable positions on CMT and CBS-TV, including hosting the celebrated New Year’s Eve broadcast from Nashville.

Pat & Tom create a deep connection with their listeners. Their tenure at KNCI is marked by unwavering high ratings, with the recent years being some of the most successful in their storied history.

Mike Moore has a distinguished career spanning over three decades in country radio. His career path also boasts successful stints at industry heavyweights like WSIX in Nashville, WWKA in Orlando, and WWYZ in Hartford.

Jim Robertson has an impressive four-decade tenure in country radio. This exceptional performance earned him the Country Music Association’s Large Market Program Director of the Year award in both 1987 and 1988.

Meg Stevens’ leadership credentials are burnished by her role in developing three Country Radio Hall of Fame morning shows, including those helmed by Jim Mantel, Laurie De Young, and Paul Schadt. Since 2019, Stevens has been at the programming helm of iHeart’s WUBL in Atlanta and serves as SVPP for the Atlanta market.
