Press Communications Classic Hits “107.1 The Boss” WWZY Long Branch/99.7 WBHX Tuckerton NJ has filled its morning opening with the incoming arrival of ‘Greg T’ Tyndorf to join co-host Rochelle Gagnon.
Greg T. previously spent his entire career at iHeartMedia New York first spending 25 years as part of Elvis Duran’s morning show on CHR “Z100” WHTZ and then nearly five years co-hosting mornings at 103.5 WKTU until exiting in June 2024. He commented, “You never know what you have till it’s gone. Born and raised in East Brunswick, I never left New Jersey, and to be on-air in the area I grew up in makes me super excited.”
Gagnon added, “I’m beyond excited to kick off this new adventure with ‘T’ right here on 107.1 The Boss! His energy and creativity are contagious, and I know our listeners are going to love what’s in store. This is such an exciting new chapter for the station, and I’m so proud to be part of it.”
Mike Ryan, who recently rose to VP/Programming for the station in addition to holding that role at Country “Thunder 106” 106.3 WKMK Eatontown/106.5 WTHJ Bass River Township, commented, “Greg T. is a true Jersey original. Greg T. takes the morning slot that previously had been held by Robby Bridges prior to his departure at the end of August and subsequent move to Connoisseur Media.
