Ken Brentlinger’s LPFM Broadcasting will purchase Silent 1580 KQFN Tempe/Phoenix AZ from CRC Broadcasting’s liquidating agent MCA Financial Group for $150,000. A Time Brokerage Agreement will take effect ahead of closing. While KQFN’s current translator 95.9 K240EU is not included in the deal, LPFM Broadcasting owns 99.3 K257CD Phoenix which is operated by Brentlinger co-owned Sierra H Broadcasting as Rhythmic AC “Mega 99.3” currently fed by Audacy’s 107.9 KMLE-HD3. KQFN was previously Sports “The Fanatic” before going silent last year.
