Following the April launch of “The Fred Show” on iHeartMedia CHRs “Hot 99.5” WIHT Washington DC and “Z104.3” WZFT Baltimore, both stations have made additional lineup changes.

At WIHT, Music Director Nick Gomez rises from evenings to middays. Gomez has hosted nights at WIHT since July 2022 and added the MD duties the following January. Gomez also programs iHeart’s “Tik Tok Radio“. Prior to joining WIHT, Gomez was student Program Director at William Paterson University’s 88.7 WPSC-FM Wayne NJ and hosted overnights at “Z100” WHTZ New York.

With the move of Gomez to middays, Premiere Networks’ “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” moves in reverse to nights from 7-11pm. Seacrest’s show is also added in middays at WZFT from 10am to 2pm. That move sends Elizabethany to 2-4pm in addition to her role as APD/afternoon host at WIHT, while WZFT APD/afternoon host Mike Klein slides down an hour to 4-8pm.
