After 32 years at Basin Mediactive Klamath Falls OR, Rob Siems will retire on December 23.

Siems joined Country 92.5 KLAD-FM in 1994 as Program Director and morning host. He rose to cluster Operations Manager in 1999 and General Manager in 2006, while remaining in mornings. He currently is teamed on “The Wake Up Crew” with Melissa Tolbert and Josh Eldredge. Prior to his arrival, the Fergus Falls MN native spent time in Breckenridge MN and Williston, Minot, Wahpeton, and Fargo ND.

Siems said, “I have worked with so many great people over the years, and I’m proud that our stations have remained community-focused and made such a major impact in the Klamath Basin. I’ll miss doing a job I love and working with so many individuals in the community. I plan to stay involved in the community, play lots of golf and travel. Though I am retiring full time, I’ll still be involved on a part-time basis in the background as a consultant, so I will still get to be part of a business I love.”
