Spokane Broadcasting Company is about to launch Classic Hits “Kool 107.1” KPKL Deer Park/Spokane.
The station has been silent since March, when the station then known as “K-Hits” KAZZ was sold by Proactive Communications to the Rob Anthony and Patricia Fogel’s Spokane Broadcasting Company.
The station will feature a number of longtime Spokane personalities. Rob Harder, former PD of Clear Channel’s 98.1 KISC and 103.1 KCDA, will take that same position at KPKL as well as teaming with his longtime partner Mark Holman for mornings. JJ Hemingway, formerly afternoons at KISC and currently PD/Mornings at “Cool 98.7” KACL Bismarck will add middays at KPKL.
