— Jessie Jessup (@JessieJessup) July 28, 2013
Aaron Tyler of Bluewater Broadcasting Montgomery and Hits 100.7 Bloomington, IL sent us the following message:
It is unfortunate that it takes the tragic, untimely, passing of someone in the industry to get all of the radio industry united as one family, regardless of who we happen to work for or who we compete with on a day-to-day basis. I think that we – and I am just as guilty of this as the next person – have a tendency to forget that, although we may be competitors and we may “hate” the competition, we are all human beings with families, off the air lives, our own problems, and our own real emotions. It’s time that we all put aside our competitive differences and support each other as human beings and real people. I think that would be a great legacy to add to the extensive list of other things that he will be remembered for; Kidd Kraddick reunited an entire industry as one voice and one family.
