As it segued to Christmas music this morning, Clear Channel AC 100.3 WNIC Detroit is no longer branding itself as “Fresh“.
Once again going by just its frequency and call letters, 100.3 WNIC had begun using the “Fresh 100” in December 2010. With Greater Media’s 105.1 WMGC no longer in the AC format, WNIC is returning to its heritage branding.
Following the demise of “Magic 105.1“, WNIC rose from a 3.1 share in the August PPM’s to 4.2 in September. That number held steady in the October ratings.
