The Class A signal will rimshot the eastern parts of the Austin market.

W249AH currently serves as the FM half of the Johnson City portion of the “ESPN Tri-Cities” network rebroadcasting 1590 WKTP Jonesborough, but will change to an HD subchannel of 98.5 WTFM Kingsport following the upgrade.

Actually it was Cox that let a related construction permit lapse in the WVFJ situation. They petitioned the FCC and were granted the permit to upgrade to C0 already. They are already using the 38kw CP already granted. The Upgrade would allow them to to add 29kw to the power they using now.
